Dress Code & Dressing Policies:

Dancers should come with their uniforms already on and hair done. Please label all dance-wear as we cannot be responsible for lost items. After class children should layer their outside clothing and change fully at home so that we can keep to a timely schedule with drop-offs and pickups.  ***For pickup from school programs there will be time to get changed and ready for classes.

Girls: White sleeveless leotard, white chiffon dance skirt (not a tutu) pink tights and pink full soled ballet shoes.  Hair must be tied neatly off the face and neck in a bun or large clip.

Boys: Black men's dance tights or leggings, fitted white or black t-shirt, black full soled ballet shoes.

***All classes are drop off classes. Students will be greeted in front of the building 5-10 minutes prior to their class start time and escorted to the studio. They will then be brought to the front of the building 5 minutes after their class end time. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time to ensure the students get the most out of their time spent in the studio.

Entering the building at 37 Greenpoint Ave (main studio):

1) Buzz 05627 then green call button.

2) Take door on immediate left

3) Follow hallway around until you can take *first possible left*

4) Take elevator to 4th floor

5) Go up ramp and we are FIRST door on your right hand side.

 

ENROLLMENT

All applicants seeking admission to the IBI Academic Year Program must register through the online registration form. Once registered, access is granted to IBI's Family Portal where you can manage your family’s contact and payment information, add student registrations and more. All students must be registered prior to taking classes. 

 

Makeup classes: Students are permitted 4 makeup classes during the semester in an appropriate level. Makeups must be scheduled with the school administrator.
